Booking requests: name, email, phone, requested hunt type, number of hunters, requested dates, and any notes you provide.
Contact / inquiry forms: name, email, phone, and message contents.
Server logs: IP address and basic request metadata, used solely for spam protection and rate limiting.
Cookies: the site uses only the cookies required to keep an authenticated administrator signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. Why we use it

To respond to booking and information requests.
To confirm reservations and arrange deposits.
To prevent automated abuse of our forms.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Service providers

We share the minimum information needed with the following processors:

Database and hosting: Supabase (database and authentication) and our hosting provider.
Email delivery: Resend, used to send booking notifications to our staff inbox.

Payments for deposits are handled outside this website (by phone or email). The website does not currently process card payments.

5. Retention

Booking and contact records are retained for as long as needed to operate our business and comply with tax and recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@greatsouthernoutdoors.com.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing the address above. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices including transport encryption (HTTPS) and database-level access controls. No internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee that information will never be accessed by unauthorized parties.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
